There are too many choices of fast food and junk food today. We are at a loss for what the right choices are to make in order feed ourselves and our families. Many times, and unfortunately, convenience wins out. The cost is not always in the actual food being purchased at the time it is what happens our health in the future. I often hear how expensive healthy and organic food is and there is truth in that statement. However, considering the health cost of eating poorly, pro
